This cute adobe hotel was an oasis in the desert. The staff was wonderful, most especially Tulouna M. at the desk, always smiling and happy to see you! The pool area was lovely once they finished some maintenance and I would love to sit out there for hours. El Rancho is right on the edge of downtown and all of the town is easily walkable with some amazing local restaurants within a 10 minute walk

Great location with easy access in to Joshua Tree NP. Staff were welcoming and helpful and the room, whilst minimal and basic, served its purpose.

The room and bathroom were spacious and recently renovated. The refrigerator is a good size and has a freezer.
The bungalows are roomy with a good tv & cable pkg. In-room coffee a must - check! The staff/owners very friendly - classic comfort!

A traditional American motel where you park in front of your door; it was clean, and the staff was professional and quick. The fridge was very quiet, and the beds were comfy.
